Unicredit's CEO closes a record semester ("I am proud") with profits above estimates at 6.1 billion and revisits the farewell to Bpm: "The Ops is now a brake, withdrawing the decision difficult but correct". Meanwhile, the bank raises annual targets and 'cheers on' the German Commerzbank, because "our destinies are linked", while preparing to rise to 29% by the end of the year.
